I am a Diplom-Psychologin (German diploma in psychology) specializing in work and organizational psychology, and I have worked as an independent consultant since 2005. My work combines a scientific foundation with a pragmatic eye for what actually works in organizations.

My fields of work are competence management and change management, guided by identity and strategy, connected through relevance and consistency. I work at the level of the organization, the teams, and the individual.

What drives me: the conviction that organizations develop when people develop, and that this process can be shaped.
